For France : February 1954 - April 4, 2012, who created KCTC and was our leader, mentor, and most of all, our beloved friend She will live on through her great wealth of creations, and in the hearts and memories of all who knew and loved her. As most of you know, France passed away very unexpectedly and at far too young an age last month. Her KCTC family misses her more than we can express. We will host the KCTC freebie site and others that are part of Francemi.net. We will also continue this blog.
